 Explore & Discovery Dunwoody

Ever heard people talk about which is better — living ITP or OTP (inside the perimeter and outside the perimeter)? Of course, there is no right or wrong answer as it depends on what factors are most important to the individual or family. Dunwoody is a decidedly an ITP city with all the features that make living closer in so appealing.  Dunwoody lies about 20 minutes north of downtown Atlanta, and is accessible by GA 400, I -285, SR 141.

Dunwoody’s central location makes it ideal for people who want quick, easy access to downtown for work or school, to the airport for travel, to shopping, dining, fitness, the arts, and just about anything else. Dunwoody was ranked #7 Best Suburbs for Millennials in Georgia by Niche.com’s 2017 Best Places to Live in Georgia survey. It was also ranked #11 for Best Suburbs in Live in Georgia by the same survey.

Dunwoody has a very diverse population of just about 48,000 residents with a median household income of $80,000. The median home value is $367,800 and the area’s natural beauty, parks, central location, low crime rate, good schools, and overall quality of life make Dunwoody a highly desirable ITP community.
