Explore & Discover Suwanee
Suwanee, Georgia has been recently named one of the country’s best small communities to live in by Money Magazine, #4 Best Suburb in Georgia (Niche.com, 2017), 100 Most Genius Places in America (Time Magazine, 2017) and Best Playground (Atlanta Parent Magazine, 2017) for families. No wonder over 16,000 people call Suwanee home! What started out in the 1800s as a small agricultural town with a rail depot and station, 39 dwelling units, a hotel and department store, turned into a city with mixed-use developments, family-friendly events, and numerous parks. A Farmer’s Market, Jazz Fest, Wine Festival and Food Truck Friday are just a few of the fun activities taking place in Suwanee.
